Default Fearsome Smiting

Fear Me Dual Smite

I've only linked to the offense at this point, I'm still weighing a couple possibilities for the backline. The idea is fairly simple- the Assassins are highly mobile platforms for smiting while providing disruption and spike ability. Both carry Fear Me!, which is an effective skill for keeping a bottomed out energy pool emptied. The Mesmer is a Surge/Burn, and I found I'd rather pack in some more tools than run SoW/mantra of inscriptions for extra E-denial.

There are a couple points I'm not sure about in this build:
The Charge! assassin carries Iron Palm, which is a generally good skill, but there just aren't enough spammed conditions or hexes in the build to make it reliable. Mark of Instability fills a similar role (at the expense of telegraphing your next move), while Return allows for additional tactical maneuvering.
Moebius Strike takes the place of Falling Spider so I don't have to rely on the target being separated from allies to continue through the chain. However, this Assassin doesn't have an enchantment on his own bar for GPhoenixS, and must rely on the smiters to provide one (which I don't like).

Nothing too special. And not a lot things changed. I fancy the good ol normal dual smite, anyway.
